It is divided into six training zones and each is equipped with the latest Life Fitness Elevation series treadmills with Discover ™ SE consoles, Insignia series strength trainers, Concept2 indoor rowing and skiing machines, as well as Assault Fitness Airruner and Airbike. In this club you will also find Life Fitness Training Station Synrgy360, ICG exercise bikes, TRX suspension systems, as well as an Escape Fitness frame with boxing bags.

If you use the MYZONE heart rate belt during training, you will find a screen in the RE.FORMATAS club where you can follow your heart rate online.
