The KF804 rowing machine with built-in weights is designed for training back muscle groups. The design of the trainer is equipped with autonomous levers: the athlete can train the left and right arm separately, as well as both arms at the same time. Direct and horizontal grip handles are installed on the machine, which expands the possibility of loading secondary muscles. The discrete load system is manually adjusted by moving the weight along the guide rail, which allows you to customize the machine for the most effective training for athletes with different fitness levels.
