The KF805 Lat Pull Down is designed for training back and chest muscle groups. The design of the machine is equipped with autonomous arms: the athlete can train the left and right arm separately, or both arms at the same time. With this machine you can perform exercises from a different angle compared to the usual pull-up, isolate the work of hip flexors and muscles of the core, focusing on working the muscle groups of the back.
