Special waffle textures on the upper and lower side are slip-resistant on the one hand and at the same time provide a pleasant stimulation of the foot receptors during a barefoot balance workout on the other. The 6 cm thickness provides the desired destabilising properties of the Balance Pad XLarge. Thanks to the foam, the body is constantly challenged to maintain balance and stabilise the joints. This exercises more and deeper muscles compared to performing the same exercises without the Balance Pad XLarge. The brain's control functions are activated and the receptors in the joint and fascia area are stimulated more strongly.
Non-aggressive liquid products with no more than 5 % alcohol should be used for cleaning and disinfecting the product. If products with a higher alcohol content are used, the surface should be wiped afterwards with a damp cloth.
