Allowing you to monitor and control each ride, the GB40’s 5.5” LCD screen relays live performance stats and heart rate data through the built-in hand pulse sensors. The ideal home cardio machine, the GB40 Bike challenges your fitness and stores away easily post-workout.
The GB40’s solid 6 kg flywheel weight ensures a challenging, smooth and quiet cycling motion to give you a comfortable, fluid riding experience.
The padded comfort saddle with vertical and horizontal seat adjustment, balanced pedals with adjustable straps and soft hand grips allow you to get comfortable so you can focus on your fitness.
You can tailor the intensity of your workout, while you cycle, by adjusting the resistance dial located above the water bottle holder; there are eight levels of manual resistance for you to choose from.
The large backlit LCD screen provides the feedback you need to help improve your fitness level by tracking and displaying your progress; including speed, distance, time, calories, pulse and RPM.
To help keep you motivated, there are four fitness programs built into the console which includes target time, target distance, target calories and recovery workouts.
