Position the device over your neck
Wrap the adjustable strap around your back and attach it to one of the buckles. Then, place the device around your neck. Bring the other end of the strap around your back and connect it to the other buckle.
Power on and choose your settings
Press the power button to turn on, then match your settings to your goal. The preset treatment is 20 minutes. Choose from 3 speed settings, 3 massage patterns and 3 heat levels on the device. We recommend using percussion for 2–5 minutes at a time. Download the Therabody app to control your treatment, access additional settings and find routines based on what you need.
