For one serving mix 10g of BCAA powder (= 2 measuring spoons) with 200 ml of water in a shaker and shake well.
Take one serving daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of children's reach.
Directions to use: Take 1-2 servings a day, preferably one before and one after training. BCAA powder should be taken as part of a balanced and varied diet and in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle.
